I am a design evangelist and user experience advocate, and a proud member of the UXPA & IxDA. I have over 12 years of experience leading every aspect of the digital product design process, from concept to delivery.
I design for start-ups, small businesses, and large enterprises like Walmart, Verizon, and Berkshire Hathaway. I currently serve as the Lead UX Designer at JCPenney. I hold an MBA specializing in leadership & innovation, a Bachelor's in Visual Communications, and a certification in UX Design.
